Job summary

COMMON MAN COFFEE ROASTERS is seeking a confident Floor Lead to ensure standout guest experiences across our brunch service in Singapore. You’ll greet guests, manage reservations and walk-ins, and keep the floor moving with the kitchen and baristas during busy periods.

Ideal candidates bring F&B experience, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for hospitality. Join us to create great vibes from the first flat white to the last table, with growth opportunities as we expand across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced F&B environments.
• Ability to lead during busy service periods.
• Strong guest-focused communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone by welcoming guests and making them feel at home.
• Run the floor ensuring smooth bookings, walk-ins, and table flow.
• Know your stuff and confidently recommend food, coffee, and beverages.
• Connect the dots with kitchen and barista teams.
• Lead through the rush and support the team when busy.
• Own the details to maintain service, cleanliness and safety.

We’re looking for someone who can read the floor,rally the team and keep the good vibes flowing — even when brunch hits full volume.

At Common Man Coffee Roasters, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, helping create great experiences from the first flat white to the last table.

What You’ll Get Into
