Job summary

Charterhouse Resources is seeking a hands-on chef to join our established F&B team in Singapore. You will prepare and cook dishes to recipes and kitchen standards, and help deliver consistent quality and presentation.

This role offers a 5-day work week with rotating/split shifts, overtime pay, and clear career progression opportunities as you grow in a busy kitchen.

Experience in Western and/or Spanish cuisine is preferred; Singaporeans only.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional kitchen experience.
• Experience in Western and/or Spanish cuisine preferred.
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Willing to work rotating/split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
