ONLEE CAFE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Cook / Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items to high-quality standards, maintain station cleanliness and support smooth kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of line cook or Chef De Partie experience, knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a line cook or Chef De Partie with at least 1 year preferred
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail to maintain consistency in food preparation
• Good communication and teamwork skills to support kitchen collaboration
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Culinary school diploma or relevant certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent dish quality
• Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies to maintain efficient workflow
• Deliver food preparation in a timely and efficient manner during service periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas to meet sanitation standards
• Apply proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure food safety
• Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to supervisors
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and support smooth kitchen operations
• Follow directions from senior chefs and adjust to menu or workflow changes promptly
