Job summary

GREENWOOD F & B PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Chef de Partie to prepare and cook a variety of seafood dishes, following established recipes and standards.

You will help maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the kitchen while supporting the head chef with menu planning and recipe development. This role requires at least 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen, a passion for seafood cuisine, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen
• Strong knowledge and passion for seafood cuisine
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management in a fast-paced kitchen
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage the team
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean kitchen

Responsibilities
