Job summary

ABR HOLDINGS LIMITED in Singapore seeks a competent Assistant Outlet Chef to support daily kitchen operations and supervise a single-shift kitchen team. You will work closely with the Outlet Chef, assist in training new staff, and help implement new, special, and promotion menus.

You will ensure compliance with NEA, HACCP, HALMQ and government regulations, supervise cleaning duties, manage inventory, coordinate orders, and maintain equipment and food quality across the shift.

Qualifications

• Assist the Outlet Chef in daily kitchen operations and supervise the shift team.
• Support training of new staff.
• Assist in implementing new, special and promotion menus.
• Ensure kitchen complies with NEA, HACCP, HALMQ and government regs.
• Supervise cleaning duties by the kitchen crew.
• Order inventory to meet determined safe levels.
• Coordinate customer food orders and direct the crew for timely preparation.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and follow maintenance program.
• Ensure consistency in the standard and quality of all food items.
