Job summary

Baker & Cook Singapore is hiring a skilled cook to prepare and cook menu items in line with our recipes, ensuring high quality and consistency at our outlets across Singapore. The role requires a team player who can work 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, and a split shift.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate in Culinary Skills and have at least 1 year of experience in Western cuisine, with a strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment use in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Western cuisine.
• Good team player and self-motivated.
• Split shift and 6 days work week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes.
• Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards.
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs.
