Job summary

ROYAL PLAZA in Singapore is seeking a Cook/CDP for the Main Kitchen (room services). You will prepare daily items from A la Carte, Buffet and Catering menus, standby mise en place, and live cooking station items aligned with SOPs.

You will be stationed at the live station, replenishing buffet items and attending to guest requests promptly while maintaining hygiene and equipment. 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, with 2 rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon).
