Job summary

LAZY LIZARD PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations across its Singapore outlets, ensuring smooth workflow and strict hygiene.

You will coordinate with teams at Newest, Flora Vista, The Promenade, Sixth Avenue, Bukit Timah, and Upper Thomson, maintaining health regulations and assisting management with ad hoc tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by implementing and monitoring hygiene standards to comply with health regulations
• Perform assigned ad-hoc duties from supervisors to support kitchen and restaurant functions
• Coordinate with team members to uphold operational efficiency and food safety across multiple locations
