CAREER STORY PTE. LTD. is sourcing a Chef De Partie for a client in the F&B industry, across Singapore.

You will assist in supervising and coaching junior team members while ensuring consistency in the quality and standard of all dishes, in line with SOP. You will handle mise-en-place, inventory checks, stock receiving, and contribute to hygiene and kitchen organization. The role requires working Mon-Sun (including weekends and PH) with a 44-hour week, and a salary range of SGD 2,400 to SGD

5 Days Work (44 hours per week)

Work Days: Mon - Sun (Including Sat, Sun & PH)

Compensation

Salary Range: $2,400-$3,200

Scope of Work

To prepare and produce food of highest possiblelevel of quality, service and cleanliness in accordance to Company's Standard Operations Procedures (SOP).

Job Description

• Assist in supervising, coaching and guiding the junior teammembers in their daily work
• Regularly check forconsistency in quality and standard of food
• Involved in the preparation of mise-en-place and food production
• Involved in daily recording of food wastage, ordering and receiving of stock, etc
• Conduct the month-endinventory stocks check
• Suggest and discuss with theSenior Outlet Chef / Outlet Chef on the ergonomic aspect of the kitchenoperations to ensure a smoother and more efficient operational work flow
• Assist in maintaining of thepersonal grooming and hygiene standard of the team
• Assist in maintaining of theoverall hygiene and cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
• Any other appropriate dutiesand responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management
