Job summary

Seoul Noodle Shop in Singapore is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen operations and uphold high standards of food quality.

You will manage daily kitchen activities, train staff, control costs, and help develop menu ideas while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety guidelines.

This role requires at least 3 years in kitchen management, experience with Korean or Asian cuisine, and willingness to work weekends in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen management experience.
• Experience in Korean or Asian cuisine preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work weekends and public holidays.
• Singapore F&B experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations.
