INITIA Group is seeking a Head Chef to lead the Korean/Asian kitchen across casual dining concepts in Singapore. You will ensure high-quality dishes, manage food costs, and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires 2+ years in senior kitchen leadership, culinary qualifications, and strong teamwork. Knowledge of Korean cuisine is a plus, with weekend shifts and opportunities to impact menu development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in culinary qualification or professional kitchen training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient service and standards.
• Train, coach, and develop the kitchen team while maintaining a professional environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portioning according to standard recipes.
