The role requires following recipes with precision, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Culinary training or certification is a plus, and familiarity with halal, Indian, or Western cuisines

• Proven experience as a cook, preferably in Halal/Indian or Western cuisine.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow and adapt recipes precisely.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and within a team.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus.

• Prepare and present food orders with attention to detail and quality.
• Follow recipes accurately: slicing, chopping, mincing, stirring, mixing, and seasoning ingredients.
• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures are followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen to support efficient operations.
• Monitor ingredient and stock levels; place orders when supplies are low.
• Ensure all ingredients and final products are fresh and properly stored.
• Rotate groceries and ingredients according to expiration dates (FIFO).
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
