Job summary

You will design evaluation frameworks, monitor interactions, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and continued product optimization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze chatbot product data to identify trends and opportunities that improve user experience and engagement
• Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure machine learning model performance and impact on product outcomes
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to interpret model results and inform iterative improvements in chatbot functionality
• Translate complex data insights into actionable product strategies that enhance the shopping assistant’s effectiveness
