Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a data/AI analyst in Singapore to help develop AI and analytics products. The role requires hands-on Databricks, Python and SQL experience, plus knowledge of LLMs, embeddings and RAG.

You will build AI workflows and translate business requirements into features and user stories. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical and communication skills, with exposure to Copilot Studio or Azure/OpenAI APIs considered advantageous.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate from NUS in Computer Science, AI, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience in Databricks, Python and SQL.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings and RAG.
• Exposure to Copilot Studio, Azure AI/OpenAI APIs or Power Automate is advantageous.
• FMCG internship experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support the development of AI and analytics products
• Perform backend data analysis using Databricks, Python and SQL
• Build AI workflows using prompt engineering, copilots and automation tools
• Translate business requirements into product features and user stories
• Support product testing, UAT and solution evaluation
• Work with regional business and technical stakeholders
