Job summary

YouTrip is hiring an Associate Data Product Manager to join the Data & Analytics team in Singapore. You will design, build, ship, and run data products the company relies on—including AI agents, decision-support, metrics, and analytics services.

You will write production code with AI agents, own product impact, and collaborate with business, operations, and country teams to translate questions into measurable specifications and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience building products, software, or data/AI systems.
• Solid programming fundamentals, comfortable writing and understanding production code.
• Clear communicator in writing and in person, and the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working with AI coding agents, and the judgment to know when AI-generated code is right and when it isn't — you use AI for speed and stay responsible for the result
• Structured thinker who can determine works that matter, and break down messy problems into practical, executable solutions before building
• Define and track product and operational metrics such as conversion rates, campaign performance, engagement rates, and operational SLAs
• Having an ownership mentality, comfortable owning outcomes, not just deliverables, and accountable for what the product does after it ships
• Curious, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Own and drive product initiatives end to end, from problem definition, data requirements, build, evaluation, launch, and running the product after launch
• Write and ship production code with AI coding agents to our engineering standard, and review what the agent produces before it ships
• Build the evaluation suites that gate releases: accuracy, guardrails, regression sets
• Monitor your live products daily: watch accuracy, usage and failures, fix what breaks, and continue to improve the product
• Drive adoption of what you build and measure it, from training users, chasing usage, and changing the product when required
• Own and report the business impact of your products in numbers: e.g. tickets resolved, hours saved, decisions made faster, errors avoided
• Translate business questions into executable specifications, such as data definitions, user stories, acceptance criteria with a measurable bar
• Collaborate closely with the people who use what you build — CS agents, finance analysts, and country teams to turn real operational pain points into working solutions
• Write the documentation that lets someone else run it: runbooks, design notes, evaluation reports, training materials, etc.
