Job summary

REALEX in Singapore is seeking a Product Analyst to leverage data to shape the future of our chatbot product. You will work with Data Scientists to evaluate ML models and translate insights into product strategy, improving the shopping assistant for millions of users.

You will design evaluation frameworks, monitor interactions, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions and continued product optimization.
