Job summary

UNITED ENERGY (SINGAPORE) RESOURCES PTE. LTD. seeks a chartering professional in Singapore to source and secure vessels for spot and time charters, aligning with business needs.

You will negotiate terms, develop strategies from market insights, manage relationships with cargo owners, shipowners, brokers and charterers, and monitor freight markets for intelligence to the trading team. This role requires a strong knowledge of tanker markets, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tanker chartering, vessel operation, or oil trading logistics.
• Strong knowledge of tanker markets.
• Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Strong market awareness and ability to work under pressure.
