Job summary

REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Channel Sales Engineer to drive sales growth across ASEAN and South Asia.

You will support distributors, provide technical demonstrations, and guide customers through product applications, while coordinating with internal teams and maintaining CRM records. The role requires electrical engineering education and 1–5 years in technical sales, with strong communication skills and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth through appointed distributors in assigned territories.
• Provide product demonstrations, application guidance, and technical support to distributors and customers.
• Support distributor sales activities through joint customer visits, training, and product knowledge enablement.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Monitor market developments and customer requirements and provide structured feedback for internal reference.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.

Our client is a reputable company providing precision measuring instruments and test & measurement solutions. As part of their expansion across the Asia-Pacific region, they are looking for a Channel Sales Engineer to support sales and business development activities across ASEAN and South Asia through authorized distributors and customers.

【Responsibilities】

• Support sales growth through appointed distributors in assigned territories in line with company targets and policies.
• Provide product demonstrations, application guidance, and technical support to distributors and customers.
• Support distributor sales activities through joint customer visits, training, and product knowledge enablement.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and seminars.
• Monitor market developments and customer requirements and provide structured feedback for internal reference.
• Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.

【What you will receive】

• Bonus: Paid twice a year
• Annual Leave: 14 days, increasing with years of service, up to a maximum of 20 days
• Medical Leave: In accordance with statutory requirements
• Medical Fee Reimbursement: Up to S$600 per year, including dental expenses
• Transportation/Mobile Allowance: Transportation and/or mobile benefits may be provided, including a company mobile device where applicable
