Job summary

Persol Outsourcing Singapore Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for an airport customer service role at Changi Airport. You will assist passengers, provide directions, and share flight information to enhance their travel experiences.

You will respond to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot and social media, handle on-site incidents and emergencies, and support daily operations with flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level with 1 year of customer service or frontline experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shifts including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers and visitors with queries and directions.
• Share flight information and recommend airport dining & retail options.
