Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Passenger Service Associate to assist travelers with check-in, self-service kiosks, and transfer guidance, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience for all passengers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including overnight, and you’ll need strong communication and interpersonal skills. Training is provided, and the role offers joining bonus, AWS, performance bonus, shift allowances, staff transport

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in duties and on the use of Self-Service Kiosks and Auto Bag Drop machines
• Greet passengers upon arrival and ensure a smooth departure process
• Guide transit passengers between arrival gates and Transfer Holding Areas
• Assist passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. families, strollers, etc)
• Perform gate handling duties, including coordinating departure activities with internal departments and communicating with airline crew
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and service standards at all times
