Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Change Management professional to coordinate governance of changes per Production Change Management guidelines.

You will manage planning, approvals, communications and risk mitigation while supporting remediation and implementation with minimal operational impact. The role requires strong ITIL/ITSM expertise and a deep background in large enterprise environments, with hands-on ServiceNow (SNOW) experience to streamline CAB governance and CMDB

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Change Management background in large enterprise environments.
