• Experience in outreach and lead generation.
• Experience in sales support or business development in lifelong learning or CET.
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Conduct targeted outreach to promote CET programmes and support events and info sessions.
• Manage incoming leads across multiple channels and guide prospects to enrolment.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and nurture relationships with corporate clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to respond to client needs and track pipeline status.
