Job summary

UL International-Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a role that coordinates and supports certification program operations by working closely with internal and external stakeholders. You will assist program owners, manage escalations, and drive quality and continuous improvement in line with UL Solutions standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, International Relations, or another relevant discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the TIC industry and the sectors it supports.
• Understanding of certification scheme operations and regulatory alignment with business needs.
• Experience within specific geographic regions and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong influencing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support certification program operations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and implement projects of moderate complexity with timely execution.
• Provide leadership and operational support to certification delivery teams.
• Partner with business unit stakeholders to meet customer and internal expectations.
• Support program owners in maintenance and enhancement of certification schemes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
• Handle program-related escalations to resolve issues efficiently.
• Adhere to UL Code of Conduct and security practices.
