Job summary

Best World International Ltd in Singapore is seeking a quality professional to drive a culture of quality excellence, sustainability and agile improvements across procedures and workflow management. The role focuses on IMS compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP and Halal, coordinating risk management, and leading quality-related training to strengthen the Quality Information System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (Quality Management, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or relevant engineering).
• 2 years of working experience in quality-related functions preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Good knowledge of QA tools, concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in quality auditing, CAPA, and quality improvement projects preferred.
• GMP knowledge or ISO 9001 knowledge is a plus.
• Certifications such as Quality Auditor/Quality Engineer are advantageous.
• Strong compliance to procedures, guidelines, standards and regulations.
• MS Office, QA applications and databases proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving a culture of quality excellence, innovation, agility and sustainability to improve efficiency and procedures.
• Ensure IMS compliance to standards and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GMP, Halal, etc.).
• Coordinate change and risk management, monitor quality objectives and report to Top Management.
• Prepare Management Review meetings and deliver quality induction/training.
• Maintain IMS document control and Share Point-based documentation.
• Organise IMS internal and external audits; report results and propose procedural changes.
• Evaluate impact of quality deviations and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Plan and audit external providers as needed.
• Assist in data management, reporting and use of data-driven approaches to monitor performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
