Job summary

EDUFIRST LEARNING CENTRE LLP in Singapore is seeking an experienced Centre Supervisor/Student Care Teacher to manage daily operations, rostering and class scheduling, and to deliver tuition classes. The role requires strong communication with parents, staff and students, plus hands-on classroom supervision.

You’ll streamline processes, plan student activities, handle inquiries, and train new hires while ensuring excellent service at the centre.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations.
• Preferably with prior tutoring experience.
• Enjoy being with children, classroom management.
• Good communication with pupils, parents and staff.
• Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work.
• Good grades in O level/ A level.
• Driving license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet.

• Take on tuition classes.
• Handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre.
• Handle parents’/students’ enquiries on class timings/services.
• Liaise with parents, students, schools, external vendors on schedule changes.

• Handle firsthand issues for the outlet.
• Provide regular updates to the management.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

(Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)

We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well as teaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
