Job summary

PVH is seeking a dedicated Student Care Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of our student care centre across multiple locations in Singapore. You will ensure a safe, engaging environment and oversee staff performance and parent communications.

You will supervise teachers, coordinate enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes while managing scheduling, enrolment, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• WSQ certificate required or equivalent.
• Diploma in Care and Programme preferred.
• 1 year supervisory or senior teaching experience in student care/enrichment/tutoring.
• Love working with children aged 7–12 and support holistic development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the student care centre, including staffing and scheduling.
• Supervise teachers in planning enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes.
• Manage student wellbeing, parent communications, and discipline.
• Coordinate learning journeys, holiday programmes, and centre events.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of centre staff.
• Monitor enrolment, staff performance, expenses, and centre operations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards are followed.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Student Care Supervisor to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our student care centre. You will play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for primary school children aged 7 to 12, while ensuring the smooth running of centre activities, staff performance, and parent communications.

Location: Multiple Locations

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the student care centre, including staffing, scheduling, and programme delivery
• Supervise and support teachers in planning and conducting enrichment activities, homework supervision, and character development programmes
• Manage student discipline and well-being, and handle parent communications professionally and promptly
• Coordinate learning journeys, holiday programmes, and centre events
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of centre staff
• Monitor and report on student enrolment, staff performance, expenses, and centre operations
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Minimum WSQ Support Service to Children and Youth Cert
• Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) preferred
• At least 1 year of supervisory or senior teaching experience, preferably in a student care, enrichment, or tutoring environment
• Enjoy working with children aged 7 to 12 years old and passionate about their holistic development
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative work
