Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a caring Student Care Teacher to support children in a safe and nurturing learning environment. The role is full-time, with Mon-Fri, 10am - 7pm, and shift rotation during school holidays.

You will carry out daily care routines, maintain a clean, safe classroom, supervise students, follow policies, and collaborate with the Centre Manager and team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Support and carry out daily student care routines and operations.
• Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment at all times.
• Provide continuous supervision to ensure students’ well-being.
• Follow the centre’s policies, procedures, and daily schedules.
• Ensure the safety and security of students during care hours.
• Encourage positive social interaction and support students’ emotional and behavioural development.
• Be aware of students’ medical conditions, dietary needs, and special requirements.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities assigned by the Centre Manager.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold classroom discipline and maintain overall cleanliness and order.

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 10am - 7pm

*Shift rotation required during school holidays: 7am - 4pm/ 10am - 7pm
