Job summary

New Hope Community Services Limited in Singapore seeks a Programme Executive to drive the development and execution of programmes and events that support displaced and disadvantaged residents. You will oversee planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure alignment with organisational goals and community needs.

Working with cross-functional teams and partners, you will manage intake, admissions, coordination, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum degree in relevant disciplines.
  • Two years of experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Programme development and management: develop, implement and manage programmes and services based on community needs and organisational goals.
  • Intake and Admissions: conduct intake and admissions compliantly for referrals and coordinate tenant admissions.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: collaborate with community organisations and stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
  • Client Support and Advocacy: provide direct support and advocacy for tenants.
  • Reporting and Documentation: prepare regular statistics and maintain records of programme progress and outcomes.
  • Governance: follow internal standards and report to RO for supervision and development.
  • Other duties: perform related tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Job Summary

As the Programme Executiveat New Hope Community Services Limited, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to bring change into the lives of the displaced and disadvantaged in our community. This pivotal role involves spearheading the strategic development and execution of our programmes / events, aimed at fostering positive change and holistic support for our residents / clients. You will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programme activities / events, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives. The Programme Executive works collaboratively with our dedicated cross-functional teams, community partners, and stakeholders, to be a Beacon of New Hope to the displaced and disadvantaged in our community.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Development and Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage programmes and services based on community needs assessments and organisational goals. For the purposes of SRSF, this may include planning and conducting support groups, monthly townhalls and community events for the Tenants.
  • Create and maintain programme policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure quality and compliance with regulations and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme performance, including tracking outcomes and reporting on key performance indicators.

Intake and Admissions

  • Act in accordance with HDB Service Model. Conduct intake and admissions in a timely manner for urgent and normal referrals.
  • Coordinate admissions of Tenants in line with internal processes.
  • Facilitate orientations / admissions of Tenants.

Coordination and Collaboration

  • Collaborate with community organisations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to enhance program delivery and build effective partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and integration of programmes /events with organisational objectives.
  • Coordinate with SRSF team to ensure timely processing of referrals / intakes and other day-to-day tasks.
  • Attend key internal meetings(team meetings and room allocation meetings and other important meetings)

Client Support and Advocacy

  • Provide direct support and advocacy for Tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring they have access to appropriate services and resources.
  • Manage Tenant interactions, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and submit regular statistics / data on programme progress, outcomes, and financial status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate andup-to-date records and documentation related to program activities and Tenant interactions, as well as intakes and admissions.

Governance

  • Familiarising with Internal Standards of Practice for service delivery and abiding by internal processes as guided by RO.
  • Reporting to RO for supervision, professional development and other administrative matters.

Others

  • Any other related duties in New Hope CSL as assigned by Reporting Officer.

Accountability
  • Reports toCentre Head

  • Must be open to job rotations in line with organisational needs.

Technical Competencies

  • Proficiencyin IT Systems and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Education and Experience
  • Minimum Degree in relevant disciplines
  • At least2years of experience in a similar capacity or related industry
  • Relevant volunteering experience in the Social Service sector would be an advantage
