Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field is welcome.
• 5-day work week with rotational weekends (Sat & Sun).
• Preferably ≥1 year in an operational role.
• Experience with MOH or other healthcare stakeholders is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or other industries welcomed.
• Experience working with elderly in the community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist centre management with running daily operations.
• Drive sales volume through quick follow-ups with potential clients.
• Provide accurate information to clients on policies, procedures and service.
• Resolve client feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure MOH service requirements on financial and quality aspects are adhered to.
• Oversee logistics and operational capability of the centre.
• Manage administrative tasks in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in client meetings and with partners.
