BearyFun Gym is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Centre Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a business-oriented mindset, and a passion for children's gymnastics. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, delivering top-notch customer service, and fostering a positive team environment.

Business Management:

• Plan and implement strategies to achieve business targets
• Analyze and review management indicators and costs, identifying areas for improvement
• Continuously monitor sales and customer service to optimize performance
• Ensure excellent customer service standards across the team
• Optimize resource allocation and minimize expenses

Gymnastics Curriculum (Preferably):

• Experienced in coaching gymnastics for children (aged 18 months to 12 years)
• Confident in leading classes of 10–20 children at a time
• Understand and implement gymnastics curriculum tailored to different levels
• Mentor and guide trainee and junior coaches

People Management:

• Act as a role model for the team, setting high standards of performance and behavior
• Communicate effectively and proactively with the team
• Develop team members’ skills and knowledge, ensuring growth and progression
• Identify employee potential and support their career development
• Manage personnel administration and scheduling efficiently
• Resolve conflicts fairly and promptly, fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with all company regulations and legal requirements
• Prioritize the health and safety of both staff and children
