BearyFun Gym in Singapore is seeking a Centre Experience Coordinator to welcome families, manage enrolments and keep daily operations running smoothly. You will support coaches, coordinate schedules and ensure a welcoming, child-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Listen to feedback and help resolve concerns professionally and thoughtfully

• Work closely with coaches to ensure classes and daily centre activities run smoothly
• Keep records organised and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately
• Help maintain a welcoming, tidy and child-friendly centre environment
• Support coaches and colleagues in creating a positive experience for every family
• Assist with centre activities, events and team initiatives

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, organised and people-oriented Centre Experience Coordinator to join our BearyFun family. You will create wonderful experiences for parents and children, keep centre operations running smoothly, and be part of the BearyFun team supporting coaches and colleagues in creating a positive experience for every family.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome parents and children with a warm, friendly attitude

• Attend to enquiries about programmes, class schedules, registrations and enrolments

• Assist parents with enrolments, class changes, make-up classes and other enrolment matters
