You will lead the front desk team, coordinate logistics and facilities, and drive growth through sales and enrolments while maintaining exceptional customer service and a 5-star experience. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication, and a commitment to compliance. Weekend work is part of the schedule, with two weekdays off, and opportunities for professional development and career

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the related field.
• At least 1 year in a team-leader position.
• Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays with two weekdays off.
• Strategic thinker with ability to adapt to sales scenarios.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and leadership.
• Goal-driven with ability to prioritise tasks to drive centre growth.
• Committed to compliance and ethical business practices.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate front desk team performance through a 360-degree feedback loop with stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics and facilities to ensure a premium, 5-star service environment.
• Achieve monthly lead generation, enrolment, and conversion targets; mentor team toward targets.
• Promote a positive workplace culture and organise staff welfare events.
• Drive customer retention through problem-solving and high service standards.
