Job summary

Singapore National Co-operative Federation Ltd invites applications for a Centralised Support Partner. This executive/senior executive contract role supports the rollout of centralised services for co-operatives under the 10-Year Transformation Roadmap, coordinating shared services, vendor arrangements and secondment initiatives.

You will own assigned workstreams, partner with initiative leads, co-operatives, vendors and internal stakeholders, and help track progress through programme reporting

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Operations Management, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, programme coordination, vendor coordination or service delivery.
• Able to own tasks, coordinate across stakeholders, and follow through to completion with sound judgment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills; experience in public sector or membership organisations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shared Services Development & Vendor Management: engage partners to understand needs and support onboarding.
• Capability & Secondment Facilitation: coordinate discussions and follow-up actions.
• Programme Tracking, Records & Reporting: track progress and prepare supporting docs.
• Other Responsibilities: undertake any other related duties.
