Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Baker to join our bakery team in Bedok, Singapore. You will prepare and bake breads and other products according to recipes, maintain quality, and follow safety procedures.

Hours are Mon-Fri 7:30am–4:30pm and Sat 7:30am–12:30pm with 4 days off per month. Salary ranges from SGD 2,300 to 3,000 monthly, depending on experience. You will operate mixers, ovens and other bakery equipment, and assist with packing when required.

Qualifications

Knowledge of bread-making and basic baking techniques.
Able to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
Able to operate basic bakery equipment.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake breads and other bakery products according to recipes and production requirements.
Measure, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake dough.
Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment.
Ensure consistency in product quality, size, texture, and appearance.
Follow daily production schedules and meet required production quantities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with packing and storage of finished products when required.
