Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Baker (Central Kitchen) in Bedok to join our central bakery team.

Working days provide 4 days off per month; hours 7:30am to 4:30pm, Sat 7:30am-12:30pm, with rest breaks of 30min to 1 hour. Salary range SGD 2,300 – 3,000 per month. The successful candidate will bake breads and other bakery products following recipes, measure, mix, knead, proof, shape and bake dough, operate mixers, ovens and proofers, and uphold food hygiene and safety standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in bakeries or central kitchens preferred.
Knowledge of bread-making and basic baking techniques.
Able to follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
Able to operate basic bakery equipment.
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake breads and other bakery products according to recipes and production requirements.
Measure, mix, knead, proof, shape, and bake dough.
Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, and other baking equipment.
Ensure consistency in product quality, size, texture, and appearance.
Follow daily production schedules and meet required production quantities.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with packing and storage of finished products when required.
