BAKERI PTE. LTD. is seeking a Baker - Commis I or Commis II to join the kitchen team in Singapore. The role focuses on daily preparation and baking of breads and viennoiseries, ensuring quality and adherence to recipes and SOPs.

The candidate should have 1-2 years of bakery experience, a passion for baking, and strong attention to detail. A collaborative team player who can multitask and adapt to busy shifts is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a bakery.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily preparation and baking of breads and viennoiseries.
• Ensure all baked goods are of consistent quality and standards by adhering to recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are maintained
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Monitor and track the inventory level of finished goods, baking ingredients and supplies.
• Perform mise-en-place and minimise food waste.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
