Apple's CDN Solutions Engineer role sits at the intersection of software engineering and global delivery. You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot CDN solutions across multiple platforms, collaborating with core teams to keep latency low and availability high.

Based in Singapore, you’ll work with a seasoned team spanning Cupertino and Singapore, using logs, metrics, and tooling to drive reliable performance for Apple services and products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with Content Delivery Networks including caching, routing, origin config and TLS.
• 4+ years of production software development in Python, Go, or Node.js.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot HTTP and DNS issues in live production environments.
• Experience analyzing logs and metrics to root-cause issues under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CDN solutions across platforms to meet customer needs.
• Troubleshoot latency and availability issues using logs, metrics, and diagnostics.
• Build tooling to automate repeatable tasks and reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Apple to ship reliable services.
