Job summary

ACOM Asian Resources Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a sales-focused professional to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and prepare quotations and proposals.

You will follow up on sales inquiries, submit tenders on time, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather pricing and documentation for tenders. The role targets monthly and annual sales growth while ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in CCTV, Security Systems, ELV, or IT Infrastructure.
• Experience in tender preparation and submission is required.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries.
• Prepare and submit tender documents in accordance with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to gather pricing, technical information, and required documentation for tenders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Attend customer meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide excellent customer service before and after project completion.
