You will coordinate daily catering orders, event timelines, guest counts, and service specifications, while leading a team of catering cooks to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include planning menus to suit client budgets and trends, creating service schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring food hygiene and presentation standards align with company protocols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar F&B role.
• Knowledge of kitchen food safety and sanitation.
• Familiarity with catering equipment and maintenance.
• Food and Hygiene certificate preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in the similar position in F&B industry.


• Knowledge of kitchen food safety, sanitation, food preparation areas


• Knowledge of various catering equipment, their uses and maintenance


• Food and Hygiene certificate is preferred.


• Courtesy and tact in dealing with customers and co-workers


• Must have ability to work independently in partnership with a team


• Must be able to work flexible hours including week ends and public holidays
