Job summary

Rasel Catering Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a catering sales professional to manage inquiries, build client relationships, and drive new business. You will assist in event planning, packaging, and menu selection, while staying ahead of industry trends to enhance services.

The role requires 5+ years in F&B, English and Mandarin fluency, and a proactive, sales-driven attitude. Working days are 5 days a week, located in the West (Pandan Loop).

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in F&B industry.
• Ability to converse effectively in English and Mandarin to manage Mandarin speaking clients.
• Self-disciplined, proactive and have strong sense of urgency.
• Must be self-driven, dynamic, meticulous, creative and sales oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone/online catering sales enquiries.
• Build and maintain good client relationships and rapport.
• Solicit new corporate clients through cold calling and sales visits.
• Assist clients in event planning, packaging and menu selection.
• Keep abreast of trends and developments in catering industry.
• Brainstorm creative ideas to improve catering services for clients.
• Account for sales and profitability of event orders and ensure smooth operations of catering functions.
