Job summary

Nexus Management Services is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support and supervise daily operations. You will coordinate schedules, plan resources and equipment, and ensure smooth service delivery across shifts.

Responsibilities include solving problems, reporting attendance and targets achieved, and participating in staff recruitment, selection, and training. Candidates must be physically fit and able to meet safety requirements. 6.6 day work week with meals provided.

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate required; those without certificate must be prepared to take a course
• Physically fit and able to meet safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Support / supervise / monitor operations schedules
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements; problem solving
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement
• Recruitment / selection / staff training
• Other duties as instructed
