Job summary

NEXUS MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support and supervise operations schedules, plan and coordinate resources and equipment, and resolve issues as they arise.

The role includes recruitment and training responsibilities and requires readiness to pursue further WSQ/food-safety training. Working days are Monday to Saturday with a 6.6 day work week. Benefits include CPF/work injury insurance, company polo tee, free meals, and WSQ/union

Qualifications

• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate is required or candidate must be prepared to obtain course.

Responsibilities

• Support / supervise/ monitor operations schedules.
• Plan, coordinate, schedule, work activities, resources and equipment.
• Identify / propose efficiency improvements; problem solving.
• Resolve operations issues, conflicts / emergencies.
• Report attendance, tracking targets achievement.
• Recruitment / selection / staff training.
• Other duties as per instructed.
