Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Bedok. The role involves responding to customer enquiries, preparing catering orders, and coordinating tastings, with close collaboration across Kitchen, Logistics, Sales and external suppliers.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or catering coordination, is proficient with MS Office, and is highly organised with strong follow-up skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, or catering coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries, complaints and order coordination.
• Organised and detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
• Experience in catering, F&B, hospitality or event coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare catering orders and quotations accurately.
• Coordinate and attend customer food-tasting sessions when required.
• Work closely with Kitchen, Logistics, Sales and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.
• Liaise with outsourced suppliers on catering items, logistics and other order requirements.
• Maintain accurate order and customer records where required.
• Follow up on outstanding customer or order-related matters promptly.
