Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts Pte Ltd is seeking a Casual Welcome Ambassador at Mandai Rainforest Resort to ensure memorable guest arrivals and departures through exemplary hospitality and service.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, respond to enquiries, and offer informed recommendations on facilities and activities, while processing payments and maintaining guest records with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality.
• Professional certificate or diploma in Hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
