Qualifications

• Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Services, or Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival and departure
• Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and requests to enhance satisfaction
• Provide informed recommendations on resort facilities, dining, local attractions, and transport options
• Process guest profiles and payment transactions with attention to detail
• Maintain accurate guest records and prepare operational reports for team use
• Deliver personalised service that consistently exceeds guest expectations
