Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd, Asia's leading bank, is seeking a driven Product Manager for the CASA platform. The role focuses on platform ownership, business transformation, journey optimisation, and operational excellence across the CASA franchise.

The candidate will partner with Product, Operations and Technology to deliver roadmap capabilities, lead investigations into incidents, and ensure governance of platform stability and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in banking, product management, platform management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of deposit products, banking operations and technology systems.
• Proven track record to lead platform enhancements, system implementations, and process improvement.
• Experience in investigating and resolving production issues through stakeholder management and RCA.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the deposits product proposition through development and enhancement capabilities across CASA products, partnering Product, Operations and Technology teams to define and deliver capabilities roadmaps.
• Lead CASA product investigations into production incidents, customer-impacting defects and operational issues, identifying root causes and remediation.
• Act as the CASA product owner to govern platform stability, scalability and operational efficiency.
• Map and optimise end-to-end customer and employee journeys through technology enablement and process redesign.
• Prepare and present updates, business cases, platform roadmaps and management reports for senior stakeholders.
