Job summary

Tencent Cloud is seeking a Network Procurement Business Manager to drive carrier network resource expansion and strategic partnerships. The role involves site selection, early-stage technical coordination, and commercial negotiations for resource deployment, plus ongoing partnership management with telecom operators and suppliers.

You will serve as the primary commercial interface for regional carriers, coordinate across planning, network, and operations teams, and support stable service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with at least 3 years in infrastructure, telecom, or cloud environments.
• Technical background in IDC, networking or cloud infra, with CDN experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin required for collaboration with Tencent HQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial development for carrier network resources aligned with planning, including node site selection and evaluation, early-stage technical coordination, and contract execution.
• Act as the primary commercial interface for telecom operators in the region, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Serve as the main contact between the company and telecom operators or suppliers, coordinating across planning, network and operations teams.
• Drive the implementation of network resource projects and ensure alignment between internal and external partners throughout delivery.
• Provide market intelligence and recommendations on carrier engagement, procurement strategy, and industry developments.
