Job summary

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (Singapore) is seeking a strategic Cargo Service Manager to lead cargo operations, governance, and continuous improvement across ports nationwide. Qualifications

• University degree (or tertiary equivalent) in a related discipline.
• Additional certification or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or aviation operations is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute cargo operations in line with Cathay Cargo's regional strategy, ensuring reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Apply regional and Head Office service standards, KPIs, and governance requirements while adapting to local operational needs.
• Set and monitor SMART objectives aligned with business and operational priorities.
• Conduct self-audits, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide regular updates on operational performance, supplier effectiveness, and service delivery.
• Ensure timely approval of supplier invoices and maintain strong operational governance and record accuracy.
• Investigate operational, safety, and service incidents, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Champion sustainability initiatives and support Cathay's ESG commitments.
• Drive service excellence by monitoring performance metrics and identifying gaps for corrective actions.
