Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking a seasoned Cargo Service Manager to plan and execute cargo service strategies across ports, driving reliable, customer-centric air cargo solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate with GHAs, regulators, and internal stakeholders, and ensure safety, compliance, and sustainability in every shipment.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, driving continuous improvement, and implementing lean practices while building strong carrier and supplier

Qualifications

• University degree (or tertiary equivalent) in a related discipline.
• Additional certification or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or aviation operations is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute cargo operations per regional strategy with reliable, efficient service.
• Monitor KPIs, governance, and supplier performance; drive improvements.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure compliance and safety.
