The role covers managing the Cargo iQ QMS and audits, maintaining the Cargo iQ manuals, governing AXIS/SQ Ops Portal applications, and coordinating with internal teams, service providers, and industry partners to enhance data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in air transport operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Cargo iQ Quality Management System (QMS) and audit programs.
• Maintain Cargo iQ manuals and training materials; drive continuous improvement.
• Improve service quality across internal ground handling and external customer interactions.
• Oversee AXIS/SQ Ops Portal governance and related dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and industry partners.
